As we observe a huge demand for modern living concepts in the major Polish cities, the supply is still relatively low compared to other European countries. There is a great untapped potential in the emerging real estate sector and Poland is becoming an increasingly attractive target for both domestic and international investors.
To answer the question, on the 9th of September 2020, Spatial Experience, in collaboration with Salto Systems, organised a Co-Liv Virtual Meetup entitled Coliving in Poland: Investing for the future. This was the third event from the series focused on Poland, this time exploring future investment possibilities in the coliving segment, together with guest expert panelists from REDNET Property Group, social.estate and JLL Poland.
We summarised the Key Highlights from the panel discussion in the form of a PDF Booklet, both for the attendees and all the people that were not able to participate.
